Bridal Services Timeline: When to Start Preparing

Just like a beautifully planned wedding, achieving your ideal skincare and body goals requires thoughtful timing. This is the timeline we recommend for all of our bridal clients–and it begins at least one year before your wedding date.

12 Months Out

Book a private consultation with one of our Elite Aesthetics practitioners and discuss the goals you have for your big day. Some goals we can help you accomplish include:

Reveal a radiant complexion
Reduce redness and hyperpigmentation
Smooth wrinkles and scars
Tighten skin
Reduce a double chin
Lose weight

9 Months Out

Nine months before your wedding date, we will begin treatments that require downtime and deliver results over time. The treatments we’ll recommend during this time include:

Morpheus8 to lift and tighten aging skin
Kybella to reduce a double chin
CO2 laser treatments to clear hyperpigmentation and smooth your skin
Sculptra injections to smooth away lines and wrinkles

6 Months Out

Six months before your wedding date, we’ll focus on continuing your bespoke skincare routine, continuing treatments we’ve already started, and beginning BOTOX injections. At this point, your lasers and Sculptra injections will be close to complete, making it the ideal time to enhance your lips, add chin filler, and perform other tweaks for optimal facial balancing.

3 Months Out

As the big day approaches, we will shift into maintenance mode. We won’t introduce any new products or treatments and will instead maintain your facials, skincare, BOTOX injections, and light chemical peels. At home, you’ll want to limit sugar and processed foods, drink mostly water, and get at least seven hours of quality sleep each night.

1 Month Out

One month before your wedding, we’ll do your final BOTOX and filler touch-ups. At home, you’ll continue to lightly exfoliate, nourish, and hydrate your skin and make sure you’re relaxing for the big day!
